kinks and whims

ariadnes_stringSo yesterday, on a whim (the kind of whim that I think comes upon you when it's been 95 for a week), I signed up for kink_bingo
Here is my card:
I have no aspirations to do a blackout or anything like that--I'm not that versatile, and there are actually a few things on here I can't imagine writing (well, actually only two--fisting and gangbang--which is pretty good, considering). The kink fairies (kink elves?) have actually seen fit to put the one kink I've written the most of in the top left square--so I think my best bet is to do that top row. But I've actually written most of those before. So, maybe I should try for a line of things I've never written? Expand my horizons?
Anyway, I'm not touching any of it until I finish my long-overdue auction fics and the beta'ing I've promised. I'd welcome prompts or suggestions for any of these, tho', if you have thoughts!
Not much else going on this week, which is good.
I went to saber class on Wed., and they were missing a coach, so the adult class, and the woman in a wheelchair who had come in for a private less(the club has recently started teaching wheelchair fencing) were mixed in with the advanced teenage class. Acck! What a way to feel slow and old and clumsy! But, the whole thing was redeemed by how awesome the teenagers were. To a person, they all courteously and competently took it upon themselves to walk me through things when it was their turn to be paired with me. They were lovely teachers, and, this being the south, some of the boys called me "ma'am" as they sliced at me with their swords. I don't really care how good a fencer my son turns out to be, but I really hope he learns to be like this!
I made it to Mysore last night--and things are starting to come back after my incredibly negligent spotty practice this year...I'm hoping to be in decent enough shape with it to go to one of the NYC shalas when we're there in a couple of weeks.
I decided I couldn't understand S6 Dr. Who without watching S5, so I've been renting the episodes from itunes--and enjoying them immensely!
