I thought it was amazing how the season, overall, used the division between Neal and Peter, their mutual distrust and lying, not to distance them from one another, but to make their bond more intense and compelling.

Nicely put. Actually while from a dramatic perspective Neal's sky dive was fun, it was utterly ridiculous to think that hundreds of people wouldn't be watching and reporting that event (and that he'd land in such an empty area) and there was no explanation of how he managed to get back into the closet unseen. Also, I'm kind of surprised that Peter was surprised Neal would be carrying around lock picks. (Maybe I'm too used to the Winchesters).

I thought it was interesting that we had Neal's invasion of their bedroom then capped off with the invasion of their home (and El) because of Neal's deception. It was like foreshadowing.
