Remy has suffered from malaria since he was a child, but hasn't had an attack in years. Lately, though, he's been stressed and he's begun to feel a relapse coming on. He doesn't want to say anything to the team, though; as the attack settles in he begins to regret this. Up to the author who it is that figures it out and how they respond.
